Life

This weekend has been great. Spending a little time with the kids and getting to see Ian again after a week of not seeing each other a lot was really nice for both of us.
Now its back to the work week. Ian's got work tonight and today is my last day of peace before another week at school. (which I'm loving). We're studying nails this week and I have another test for Thursday. I did pass another test on Saturday though with another %100. I'm really feeling like I'm in my element right now, and I'm loving every minute of it.



Another fun thing we have to look forward to this week is Ians parents and Carter coming to visit. they will be here until the 29th and We're really excited to get to spend time with some family and show them around where we live.



It should be a good week, with no rain...really warm and sunny and summer like.

First Day of Class

So today was my first day of Cosmetology school. It seemed like the longest day ever, and I still have to study tonight for a test first thing in the morning.
I knew it would be alot of work and I was up for the challenge...But now I'm tired! ha ha.
It's going to be a long 8 weeks with all the book work and tests, but once I get onto the floor and start gaining clients, I know I'll love it!

Ian stayed with the kids and did really well. He even cooked lunch and cleaned the kitchen. I forget what a good husband he is until I really need him for something, he always comes through and goes the extra mile for me and I love him for it.
I'm gonna miss him while we juggle this schedule, but it will make weekends extra special.



Its been a really long day and even though I should write a little more...I'm sleepy!
ha ha.

First Post

We've decided to join the craze and create a blog!


With alot of family and friends being so far away, and all of us having busy lives, we figured this would be an awesome way to keep everyone informed on how we are doing and whats going on in our lives. We will try to write and update as often as possible and add pictures of the baby's.








Today we are just having a pretty slow and relaxing family day. We went with our friends Jenny and Mason to their family's house last night for the 4th. We had a little barbecue and went swimming in the pool, then Mason and Ian set off 250.00 worth of fireworks that would be illegal in Utah. Trevan and Brodi didnt like the noise, and were glad when they were done. but all in all it was a good 4th of July and we were glad to spend it with our friends. We did miss being with family though, as with every holiday.




Later today we plan on going down to N. Little Rock and eating at Famous Daves BBQ. Ian just found out that they had one here, and now he can't wait to go. haha.
